FAQ

When will my items be shipped?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. If you have selected a shipping method with tracking, your tracking number will be in this email.

Please note your orders will leave our warehouse within 7 days (normally much faster). It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to appear. 

For US or International customers, you are responsible for any duty fees and/or taxes which may be charged on your order's arrival. Please take into consideration the following shipping times depending on your location.

Please note: We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen orders. Once it leaves our warehouse, we no longer have control over mail delivery or customs. Thank you for understanding.

 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. (Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries).

 

Care Instructions
To preserve original colour and shape, wash your clothes inside-out on a delicate cycle in cool water with phosphate-free detergent. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low. Do not bleach. 

Order Processing
All of our apparel and accessories are in stock and ready to ship. We strive to ship your orders within 3 business days.  



Returns
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, return shipping costs (to us) are not covered unless we have made an error in your shipment.

If you wish to get a exchange or refund please contact us by replying to the email you received when your order was placed. We cannot accept any returns until you have been issued an RMA.
